John and Cathy took the plunge and now have a place to go to get out of the summer heat! (That's not a trailer on someone's land who has been gracious enough to let us stay on their place!) Located in Ignacio, CO, this flat, five irrigated acres is a full service herding training facility including a geese arena (100 X 60), Sheep arena (100 X 200), three smaller arenas and a 330 X 330 open field. Thanks to many volunteers who helped get this facility ready for trials! This is a summer home only so we really have the best of both worlds. We avoid the heat of the summer and the cold of a CO winter. We hope you'll visit us there! |
